APPROVED JOBS
Jobs that have been approved cannot be altered or changed.
APPROVAL SAMPLE SHEET
Revise your order and approvals carefully. In N Out Printing is not responsible for errors, misspelling, omitted words or images, etc… after the sample has been signed and approved.
JOB CANCELLATION & PRINTING DOWNGRADE
Charges will be applied to the project that has already been performed.
(design fees, screen set up fees, digitizing fees, etc.)
A 20% restocking fee will apply to apparel plus any shipping charges associated with the return of
black merchandise to our distributors.
TURNAROUND TIME AND PICK-UP ORDERS
Most jobs take 7-10 business days AFTER signed approval.
Pick-up orders will be kept for 30 days. In N Out Printing is not responsible to store your items.
TIME-SENSITIVE JOBS
Payment Policy
Time sensitive jobs must be approved and Paid in FULL in order to begin your job.
PRODUCT RIGHTS and CUSTOMER STOCK
In N Out Printing reserves the right to show or post customers samples of any products we have printed and/or designed.
CUSTOMER STOCK
In N Out Printing is not responsible for customer supplied items and submitted artwork.
“Customer Stock” provided merchandise is supplied at the customer’s own risk.
COLORS MAY VARY
Colors vary from monitor to monitor. We cannot guarantee your monitor’s display will match actual ink colors.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
In N Out Printing reserves the right to refuse to print jobs if deemed to be obscene or offensive.

Terms and Conditions: by accepting this invoice the buyer agrees that buyer shall pay attorneys fees/court cost if
legal action is necessary to collect on this account, and that venue for such. Buyer agrees
as service charge of 1.5% per month, which is 18% annually will be added to all accounts 30 days past due.
